Young Bush has made amends for his screwy Harriet Miers nomination.
He has nominated Judge Samuel A. Alito, Jr., as Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. You gotta like a guy like Alito who said "Judges should be judges. They shouldn't be legislators, they shouldn't be administrators.". He's right on the abortion issue, he thinks judges should be judges, and Kennedy is already taking cheap shots at him. What's not to like?
