They are the only ones to vote against Thomas Griffith to sit on the U.S. Appeals Court for the District of Columbia. Harry Reid voted for this guy's nomination for Chrissakes! Dodd, Dorgan, Bidan, Feinstein, and Schumer all voted for this guy. But not Tim.
Remember that next time Tim starts bleating about how "bipartisan" he his.
The simple fact is, Tim can call himself whatever he wants. But, based on his votes, he is as left, or left of, Daschle.
I wish he was more liberal. In any state other than SD, Johnson would be a slightly right leaning Republican. Unfortunately, SD has tipped so far off the right, I'm just waiting for the day people call Goldwater or Cecil DeMille a liberal when they see his named mentioned.
It's an injustice to true liberals to call Johnson one of us. He's no liberal. Not at all. I don't want to have the good name of liberalism tainted by you people who insist on lumping a centrist with us.
